Hotel Guest Reviews of the Bluegrass Inn
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 7, 2013

hotel was clean. staff was friendly. safe area. even though hotel is outdated, everything is clean and nice. can't beat the price and has free breakfast from 6am to 10am. I would definately stay there again. it's in same exact area as all big name hotels and is fraction of price.

When checking in. The staff tried to charge me extra for my 2 kids. According the email I received and the fact that I specified it would be my 2 kids and myself staying on the initial booking I wasnt too happy. After reading to him the email, he chose not to charge me for my kids. But I will mot stay again for that reason.

The Bluegrass Inn is very close to the highway, and that's the big benefit here. The woman at the front desk was very friendly, but the lock to my door didn't work. That's sort of a deal breaker with a hotel room, right. There was nothing they could do. So I would avoid room for now.
