Beautiful location and
convenient.
Parking was not adequate and it was difficult to park at times, restaurant did not offer full breakfast.

We booked this hotel at the last minute and were very pleased. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The location, right on the water, was convenient and beautiful. We would definitely come back.

The room ,staff, and restaurant were very good.
We did not have the best view of the harbor. Plans were made at last minute which may have contributed to the view.

Right next to the footbridge that crosses the bay! Perfect location.
Rooms are a little old feeling.

Really great Inn! Id stay there again in a minute. Didnt eat there but its located right next tomtye oittle,bridge that crosses the bay. Really convenient! Great restaurants all around. Just outside our door we sat and watched fireworks and listened to the band that was across the bay. Had a few dad pops and bring some bug spray just in case. Fun night!

Views to the harbor were excellent and access to town within walking distance.
Rooms were small and our room was on the side of the building facing the neighboring hotels kitchen.

Friendly staff. Decent continental breakfast. Easy access to town and harbor.

Clean enough for a quick overnight
Location

We were on our way to Bar Harbor and needed an overnight accommodation. It was okay for this purpose, but when we returned to Bar Harbor for a few nights, we stayed elsewhere. Although it was clean, there was an odor - perhaps cleaning chemicals that were used or older motel. It's not my style, but cleanliness is the most important consideration for me. Location, easy to find, Picturesque.
Bedding did not fit the bed, bed spread was not easy to look at, no convenient appliances.
