This is a very nice hotel located in a very nice neighbourhood. T station nearby, grocery store across the street, near the symphony hall. The room is clean and very nice. Free wifi is available in the lobby, free computers available for printing flight boarding passes. The hotel is integrated to the copley place mall and have a indoor bridge to the prudential building. It's really hard to find anything wrong with this hotel, apart from there's no free wifi in the rooms. ...

They gave me a fantastic room on the 37th floor with a panoramic view of the city. I always ask for a high floor, but hotels aren't always as accommodating to Priceline bookings. This really is a 4-star property, not 3 1/2 as Priceline lists it.
Incredible central location, great staff, clean and well-appointed.

Hotel has an excellent location and great amenities.
Woman at the concierge desk was not helpful, and slightly rude. Also I think wifi should be part of the overall cost of the hotel room, not extra.
Very comfortable hotel, with a very convenient location. Clean rooms and plenty of great shopping.

The hotel has an excellent location. Also, the restaurant staff was very accommodating when we were trying to find a place to have a graduation celebration. They offered us a private area at no additional charge.
We needed separate beds as there were 3 of us staying at the hotel. The double beds are very small.
