The hotel has an excellent staff. They are courteous and ready to help at a mere request. From the chambermaid to the concierge and the kitchen staff the hotel is excellent. This is the place I selected every time I visit Santo Domingo.
Not really. However the hotel management needs to have some festivities during holidays. I though Christmas eve there was going to be music and some dancing but there was none.
I would recommend the hotel to my friends or anyone else. The staff is great. The food is excellent and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The only problem is that we need some excitement sometimes in terms of music and or dancing in the beautiful garden.
