The outrageous prices charged for internet and parking without telling people ahead of time made the experience upsetting.
The room was nice but lack of free internet and the parking reduction of only 10% added almost 50% to the price of the room. This puts the hotel in the same category as cut rate hotels that nickel and dime you at every opportunity.
