Hotel Guest Reviews of the Bryant Park Hotel
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.June 4, 2013

The Park across the street has nightly events with an outdoor bar. Tables and chairs with a pleasant atmosphere. Cellar Bar at the Hotel is very nice and elegant. The Koi Restaurant is a fine place to dine as well.

The room was nice, clean and modern- typical size for a NYC hotel. The bathroom was beautiful!

Ideal location for walking to all major attractions (except we took the subway to the 9/11 Memorial). Every staff member we encountered was exceptionally kind and helpful. Our room on the 7th floor was very quiet at night with a comfortable bed. The room and bathroom were spacious. The weather was too cold during our stay to enjoy the park - but Bryant Park (across the street) is lovely and would be a great place to take a rest in warm weather. You will not be disappointed with your stay here! ...

Bryant Park Hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was amazing! So helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a central location to 5th Ave, Times Square, Grand Central, etc. And there is a subway entrance directly across the street.

I love the location of the hotel. The rooms are OK and the bed very comfortable. The decoration is a bit dated and the hotel could use an overhaul. Times are changiing and boutique hotels need to change with the times too. Still, I would stay there again, but this is not a luxury hotel. The well trained staff make the difference here for me.

pleasant staff.
A gem of a hotel, very modern up-dated decor in the interior but exterior preserved in the historical context. Hotel staff were exceptional, friendly and most accommodating. The Cellar Bar was a lot of fun, particularly as hotel guests can enjoy free drinks and a light snack between the hours of 5 and 6 pm, closed Sundays. Hotel rooms are well appointed, clean with very comfortable beds. The Molton Brown toiletries, and the Bose radio/CD system were also nice touches. Highly recommend this hotel.
