Shower head had only a solid stream. Difficult turning into the hotel across heavy traffic. Card key difficulties explained as not working right since heavy rains.

When you walk into a lobby and find the clerk sitting behind a protective glass shield and you must pass your ID and credit card through a small opening, instinct screams to find another place. It was a place to sleep.

The guy at the front desk was very nice, room was great for a 1 star hotel, right down the street from cowboys stadium.
Toilet drain and shower drain were slow, the shower wouldn't maintain a consistent temperature (went from cold to hot, hot to cold) which made my morning wake up quick. Didn't like the fact that there was no secondary lock on the door. Lights were dim.

Restaurants, cowboys stadium and gas station/convince store were all within walking distance. Price was less than half of the next cheapest hotel. Based on that and the other reviews I was expecting the worst but I would hesitate to stay there again.

Place is a dump! If it wasn't close to Cowboys Stadium, I would recommend it be torn down. Guy trip material only!!!

The price.
The heater did not work. Turned it on and made smoke alarm go off. Toilet needed some work.

Room was good price and clean. Staff was pleasant. Room needs updating badly.

It was very close to the sports arena and restaurants I wanted. Clean room.
Shower and toilet were slow. No towel bars. No coffee pot. No bedside lamp.

The people were very nice. The neighborhood seemed safe. I was surprised to see they did not have ANY amenities that are considered basic now days. Reminded me of hotels from the 1970s. Bed, soap and towels.

Very modest rooms. No alarm radio or Kleenex. Carpet was visibly worn, but beds were clean and shower and sink were clean. Shower was not the best, but pressure was good.

Great location for Cowboys or Rangers games.
The shower curtain was fabric so the bathroom floor get extremely wet after shower.

Fantastic location for Cowboys games. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and less than 1/2 mile from Cowboys stadium, not much further to Rangers stadium. Staff is very friendly.
