Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Did not expect this place to be that bad , water heater not working, and condition of bath areas in bad shape .Nothing seemed to be repaired in a professional manner. Hotel is placed in the low rent district.it seems, that not much is spent on repairs, or any thing else.

I stayed at the Budgetel Inn Arlington with my husband for a wedding. It also happened to be the same weekend as a Rangers game & Cowboys game so we didn't have any alternatives when we arrived at the hotel and saw the terrible state of things. Disgusting. the manager was very rude to use at check in. We were told at 4 pm when we arrived that the room may not be ready, (even though check-in is 3) We passed the pool on the way to our room & it looked like an alligator pond. dark green and no bottom. the maid leaving our room told us the hotel was in foreclosure. Our non smoking room was foul with cigarettes. When we called at night to learn time of breakfast, I was told the discontinued serving the week before. I asked for a refund and was refused.

This was perhaps the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The hotel was overbooked and understaffed. The floors of our room were dirty with several dark stains. The bathtub had six inches of water in it along with a couple of dead bugs. My daughter was afraid to sleep under the covers because of the filth. If we had arrived during daylight hours, we would have demanded our money back and gone else where. Unfortunately, it was nearly midnight before we checked in.

I thought this hotel was good for a one or two night stay. The train was somewhat of a nuisance because it kept waking me up in the middle of the night, but I feel that the price of the hotel was great and I got what I paid for. I only saw the person at the front desk during my entire stay, but she was very hospitable and I appreciated that. I also feel like they could have provided a little more for the continental breakfast other than cheerios and milk. ...
