So fabulously English - traditional and lovely! The staff made it feel like we were coming home and it is in the most fabulous neighborhood - I wanted to move in!

The location, authenticity and overall look.
The elevator doors made quite a noise.

Clean, authentic 1900's hotel in a very luxurious part of London close to Harrods. Friendly staff and romantic rooms. The elevator doors make quite a noise so try to get a room away from the elevator. We had a great time there.
