Room was great as was the location
The front desk person was very rude, I told her that we had prepaid, she said no we didn't and I had to pay the extra $10 fee, when I asked to speak to a manager she hung up on me instead of transferring me. Had to file a claim with Priceline.

Hotel room was great, casino was VERY smoky though, hotel staff were RUDE!!

Not very friendly front desk staff. Room was too far from elevator. Casino is dimly lit compared to other casinos we've been in.

Room was very nice. But the hotel rooms floor plan is poorly laid out. Our rooms was very far from elevator and confusing once you got off the elevator.But overall it was a nice stay. But DON'T use priceline. They listed 2 room levels ontheur express price list. We paid for an upgrade del;uxe room, whih was $15.00more than a regular room, but when we checked in we were told all rooms were deluxe and had to take it up wiht Priceline. We got the run around from them and finally got a supervisor and was told there was nothing they could do. Will never use them again. ...read more

Location was great. Very nice room.
Staff was great overall, however, housekeeping seemed to make a lot of noise in the halls early in the morning.

I'd definitely go back again. Central location on the boardwalk - great casino and shopping at the Pier Shops was fantastic.

Rooms were above expectations, location was perfect, and had a great experience!
Everything was great!!

The hotel was very easy to get to, It's in the middle of downtown with boardwalk access and is only a block or two from the bus terminal and The Walk outlet.

Great location. Good casino on premisis. Our room had a seperate sitting room, which was awesome.
No tub in room, but pretty shower. Buffet was overpriced.

Nice AC hotel, centrally located.

I loved the design, the ambience and the service. It was perfect. The rooms are great and conveniently located near the gaming zones. The buffet is good. Overall, a good experience.
The buffet is too pricey. It could be cheaper.
