Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Room was great.
No restaurant, was close for renovation. Coffee shop type of atmosphere. Should have had a decent place for breakfast.

Overall fine, so large lost a lot of the time, but thats the way of Las Vegas.

The grounds were beautiful.
I
thought the room was very simple and the hallway carpet needs to be cleaned. I didn't like the fact the bathroom didn't have a door.

The staff was nice.
The jacuzzi was broken.

The hotel was nice, very large. Too bad the jacuzzi was broken as it was very cold.

Pretty much everything about the hotel was great.
Waited in line for over 1/2 hour to check in and I was there just before check in time.

Loved everything except checking in and out. It was horrific.

Great rooms.
Room service food was way over priced for how average it was.

The view of the Bellagio fountains!
The pools were closed!

Like I stated, most of the pools at this hotel are closed until the spring. This is not clear on the hotel's website. Only one small pool was open during my stay & it was packed with people. There wasn't even any space to lay out. The hotel management wasn't too empathetic after I complained (I would never have stayed here had I known the pools were closed), but after I pressed the issue with multiple managers they gave me a couple passes to the spa and a free dinner.

We were upgraded to a suite. The conference was at this hotel.
The restaurants were overpriced for what was served.

The staff was amazing! The room was clean dated, but I assumed it was ready to be remodeled so they could rent it for less. We were happy with the upgrade.

The room was incredible, spacious, well decorated and clean.
Walking from self parking to the room took forever, they were very far apart.

This hotel exceeded my expectations, upon arrival we were offered a room upgrade to a suite with a jacuzzi for only $50. While we declined the room offer because we were only staying one night, when we got to our room we were not disappointed. It was very large and well decorated, clean and well kept. The bathroom was like a large hallway with separate tub, shower and toilet area, there was even a TV in the bathroom. The only downside about this room was that the TV was rather outdated and gave a poor quality picture. Had we wanted to rent a movie I would not have wanted to watch it on that TV. ...read more
