Hotel Guest Reviews of the Caesars Palace Las Vegas
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Business Traveler(12) | Solo Traveler(22) | Traveling as Couple(56) | Family with Young Children(6) | Family with Teens(7) | Group Traveler(25)

Excellent location
The internet was so slow as to be worthless. Ice machine on our floor was broken, no sign of repairs in progress. Soda machine on our floor was empty. No staff member ever made any attempt to be helpful even when we were clearly lost.

Staff was helpful for the most part.
The room was a little shabby. The bathroom floor had spots all over. The toilet was very low and did not flush well. Had to ask twice for a rubber mat to go in the shower.

The staff was excellent and the room big and beautiful.
The ice machine on our floor was broke and never fixed during our 3 day stay so I had to walk far to get ice on another floor. I had told them about it on the 1st day.
That the staff was so helpful and quick. The rooms are so big and beautiful. I would discourage them not to eat at the restaurants there because way too expensive. Make sure that you and your party can walk well because everything is do far apart.

Good buffett
I was very very disappointed to the point I would never stay there again. I was out there for a bachelor party and we had my parents condo to stay at for free but I booked this room for the pool. The pool was rented out and we werent aloud to use it.
I will never stay here again. The pool was rented out to some party so the paying hotel guest were not aloud. Also, the cocktail waitresses were hard to find and when we did find them they were rude. NEVER AGAIN!

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. As usual expect to pay the Vegas premium for something may not be as grandiose as the price. None the less the service was excellent, great environment and I had a blast.
The Vegas premium price on everything. It's hard to find cheap food but the drinks come quick when on the casino floor.
Sit at a machine long enough with cash in it and a drink will come. The hotel is very clean and the atmosphere is energetic. Caesars is a classic Vegas super hotel and is worth the experience.
