Hotel Guest Reviews of the Caesars Palace Las Vegas

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Good buffett
I was very very disappointed to the point I would never stay there again. I was out there for a bachelor party and we had my parents condo to stay at for free but I booked this room for the pool. The pool was rented out and we werent aloud to use it.

I will never stay here again. The pool was rented out to some party so the paying hotel guest were not aloud. Also, the cocktail waitresses were hard to find and when we did find them they were rude. NEVER AGAIN!

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. As usual expect to pay the Vegas premium for something may not be as grandiose as the price. None the less the service was excellent, great environment and I had a blast.
The Vegas premium price on everything. It's hard to find cheap food but the drinks come quick when on the casino floor.

Sit at a machine long enough with cash in it and a drink will come. The hotel is very clean and the atmosphere is energetic. Caesars is a classic Vegas super hotel and is worth the experience.

Asked for a wake up call and did not receive it. Luckily we were not flying or we could have missed a flight.

Loved the room, staff and location.

This was my first stay at Caesars and it didn't disappoint. I was surprised with an upgrade from Roman Tower to Augustus and it was an amazing room. The hotel is at the center of everything and the restaurants were great as well.

Bell staff was helpful and polite. Pools were nice, but not as nice as I thought they would be. Hard to get chairs.
Our first room ended up in the "old tower," which seemed to not have changed since about 1992, TV and all. Stains on furniture, lingering old smoke smell even though the room was non-smoking, and ice machine not working. They arranged for a newer room.

In general my wife and I were disappointed with our hotel stay. Had to transfer rooms, which ate up two hours of premium pool time. They do not allow outside drinks at the pool, once we found a place to site, it took 30 minutes for a the sparse wait staff to take our drink order, then took 15 minutes to get it. The drink prices were very expensive, one regular beer in a can and one mixed drink (medium to small in size) $29, ouch! Long walk from our tower to the pool as well. I would not recommend this property, unless you don't care about expensive EVERYTHING was. ...read more

The pools at Caesar's Palace are amazing. Great for people watching, sun bathing, or hanging out in the shade and recovering from the night before.
