Hotel has comfortable, functional rooms, nothing fancy. Free WiFi worked well in the room. Front desk was helpful with any questions asked. We arrived several hours before check-in an they kept the luggage for us while we began to tour the area. Staff was courteous and English was not a problem. Breakfast buffet was slightly more than continental, but food was OK.

This was the same star rating and nowhere near Sofitels level. Hotel was old, run down, bed was broken on the left side, my husband felt like he was falling out of it all night long. Were on our honeymoon and was only given another option of a room with two twin beds which left us wondering how on Earth they managed to fit those two beds in that teeny room..Rooms were very small and terribly outdated. Smelled of strong smoke. Very loud construction going on in the hotel which made for an unpleasant stay. We requested a wake up call the am of our departure and they never called making us very late in our day. Had to change flight time and the hotel wouldn't even call the airlines for us to find out what time we needed to be there. They knew we were scrambling but didn't seem to care.
