The hotel had great rooms. Spacious, modern, clean, and a very cozy environment. The bartender was helpful and courteous. The front desk clerk was also helpful and courteous.
Parking per night was more than expected ($14). Shuttle service was poor, as the 1 driver had too many people to get. Under stress, the driver told us he would take another group and come back for us but then refused to take us when he returned.

Make arrangements to leave or return to the hotel early if you hope to take the shuttle. Weekend evenings are busy and the driver was under a lot of stress. After he had said he'd return for us after taking one group ahead of us, he then proceeded to take several other groups instead and told us that he couldn't take us anymore. We ended up waiting over an hour and then had to fight with the driver to take us at all. The wait for cabs on a Saturday night is often an hour long, as well, so had we not insisted he hold to his word who knows if we would have ever made it to our event. He calmed down once we were underway. As we were at the hotel for a very special occasion, we were very pleased with the quality of the room, but the stress of waiting so long to get to our event and then arguing with the driver certainly put a damper on the occasion and the mood. If your going to a show at the Console Energy Center this is the only place to stay
Parking was 14 dollars a day the garage next door is only 6 per day

Great hotel and location.
$12 Parking was expensive.

Very clean hotel in a great location. Hotel staff was friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

The room and pool, beautifully kept and clean. I liked the secure access to these areas so no one can just walk in and use the facilities.
No, I was very pleasantly surprised. This is not a criticism but a suggestion: The pool area was not cleaned up at 10:30 am, there were towels laying all over the place and empty plasic bags left from a group of children from the night before.

Being a brand new hotel, everything was impecable. Staff was very friendly and helpful, the facilities were well kept and the room was beautiful. I will definitely stay there again because of the close proximity to everything.

Really nice room, very affordable, free parking

This was a great room. We had a king bed and pull-out coach in the sitting area- plenty of room for three people! The fitness center had all of the basics and the pool area was clean. I would definitely stay here again, especially for the price!

This hotel has a FREE shuttle and it took us to the casino and picked us back up on New Years Eve in a very timely fashion. Also the hotel was only a 3 Star and was much nicer than 3 1/2 and 4 star hotels we have stayed at before.

Free shuttle and these are SUITES! Very nice!

There are not enough staffs.

It is really a good choice to settle down in Pittsburgh, no matter it's location or itself. I'll choose it again if I went to Pittsburgh again.
