The shower's hot water. It was close to the airport. The hotel is either new or newly remodeled.
We had a difficult time finding the hotel from the street. The room's a/c was awful, either too hot or too cold. A light shined in the room all night and we couldn't sleep w/drape closed. Bed was real soft. Sofa was modern and uncomfortable.

The hotel is close to the airport which was important to us. Dania Beach is not far drive. The hotel is very difficult to find from the street with a very small sign. I think whoever designed the rooms should be made to stay in the rooms. Our room was 318 and there is an outside light that shined in the room all night; the drapes weren't wide enough to block the light and it shines on the soft bed. I tried sleeping on the sofa and it was very uncomfortable. The thermostat doesn't work right, because fluctuating 1 degree and you are either sweating or freezing. The shower has 1/2 sold glass door which doesn't do anything because when you take a shower the water pours out of the shower onto to the floor which will cause water damage in the future. The surrounding area to this hotel has lousy choices for food, shopping. ...read more

Due to mechanical breakdown we missed our connecting flight in Chicago by 10 min. Without another flight available until the next morning. I was very upset that we were still charged for the room when I gave Priceline plenty of notice of the situation.

Very upset with the customer service and lack of assistance in this situation. It look over 45 min.to get a live voice (terrible phone system just took me in circles) only to be told NO Refund. No exceptions. Wrong! Hotel said they wouldnt offer any help. Refund needed to be discussed with Priceline.

They make everything convenient for cruisers - shuttle was efficient, purchase wine for on board, free internet in lobby, meals available etc..
Rooms poorly laid out - would like to see the bed and sofa area reversed and the dividing screen eliminated.

This hotel appeared to have been built in a hurry and the rooms needed a little "TLC". I would like to see the room reversed so the bed is not so close to the window (not private) and the sofa area would not be so dark. Remove the black divider and the room would be more open. It was very hard to use the closet situated beside the bed at the far end. HOWEVER this is a good place to stay for cruisers as they make everything easy for your pre-boarding nights and were very efficient. ...read more

Hotel is in good location for any one taking a cruise. Hotel provides pick up at airport and shittle to cruise lines. Upon return and booking again with the hotel they provides pick up at the ship and shuttle to the airport for return trip home.If you plan to vacation in the Fort Lauderdale area I would recomend this hotel this hotel for your visit.
