My room was wonderful. I was put in a handicap room (not sure why) but it was huge. It was so close to the airport that it made my 6:30 flight not seem quite as bad. :)

Very comfortable, bed was nice, relatively clean, convenient, modern design.
The hotel was fine. The person in the next room left his TV on all night. Not the best sound insulation between rooms.
I am a business traveler and this is a convenient location. The hotel was a good value. I would stay here in the future.

At times the marsh nearby means quite a strong smell.

check-in staff very helpful, nice comfortable beds
the room smelt strong of cleaning fluids -- a little pungent and since the windows don't open we used the a/c to try to get rid of it
