It's very quiet, clean, one of the only hotels in the city with an outdoor pool. Staff was very attentive. Lots of different restaurants.

Better deals during the weekend. Friday and Saturday rates are half price.

General atmosphere, a lot of local guests, spacious accommodations (more so then similar hotels in Mexico City).

Less expensive than similar nearby Mexico City Hotels , more spacious rooms, and in general better value for the dollar. Have stayed there a number of times and I enjoy it more and more every time. Food choices while expensive - abundant and quality is better than the other hotels in Polanco.

Seemed like we were getting hustled by the hotel and the restaurants. ate at the china glaze happy hour and they tried to con us with the prices.

I would never stay here again. Yes the hotel is beautiful but after paying twice for it and being hustled at the china glaze happy hour by being charged full price and having to argue with the manager
I would never come here again.
