I was forced to stay in a smoking room. The entire floor smelled of drugs and nothing was done.

I liked the set up of the room. It was functional and spacious at the same time.

I didn't like the 11 am check-out time. That was too early for me.

Free laundry facility, kitchen in room, large bathroom, and friendly staff.

Would be nice if they had an airport shuttle.

Staff was courteous, helpful. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Bathroom was clean and water was hot. Kitchenette was clean.

Location was close to I-270.

The hotel was very close to several restaurants, Port Columbus Airport, and I-270. The staff was overall excellent, going above and beyond to give me a room that would accommodate my needs. I would definitely stay there again!

It was close to food and the freeway.

The room smelled bad and was dirty when I arrived in the room.

I was told that the room would accommodate 2 adults with either a king bed or 2 beds. I did not receive that at all and the hotel did not offer it. I then asked about switching rooms and was told that I would have to pay an additional $30 per night in which I declined. Once I got into the room it was not clean with debris left on the floor and the room had a disturbing smell in the room. ...read more
