Having a full kitchenette was very useful. I was expecting a mini fridge & maybe a microwave, but actually had a full size fride, microwave, stovetop, and dishwaser.
No King beds available. My wife and I are not accustomed to sleeping in a Queen.

Great value for the price and proximity to the Plano / Frisco area. The check-in process is quite lengthy compared to that of other hotels.

The location was excellent and the price was great.
There was a funny smell in our room. My husband thought it was mildew, but I thought it was just the laundry detergent.

I loved that it had a little kitchen and a full fridge. They even had a little area downstairs where you could buy sales and sandwiches. I loved how homey it felt. They even had popcorn in the room for us
When I wanted more coffee for my room they were out of regular. But they had coffee made so I just got a cup downstairs :)

It is not even 5 min from downtown frisco and the mall. Everything you could want or need is a short drive

The free laundry service.

I liked everything about this hotel, friendly staff, cleanliness, upgrades in every room, free movie rentals, it had everything and more that I have ever had in a hotel, and for the price that I paid, it really exceeded my expectations. I rate this a 6 plus star hotel/suite. Very pleased!
