Free washing machines and dryers. I asked for a quiet room and got one even though the hotel seemed close to full occupancy.

I grew up in Nanuet, but haven't been back much. Staying here allowed me to visit old haunts (if they were still around!) as well as attend a week long course in NYC. The Candlewood location is about a mile from the NY State Thruway, so I could easily get on and be at my destination in 50 minutes or less.I expected the bed to be uncomfortable, but it was not. A choice of pillows? Wow, was that a nice surprise. Just wish it had an oven or toaster oven. I would also have preferred a WiFi connection to the Internet rather than an ethernet connection, which is slower. But, overall, minor complaints that would not keep me from returning. ...read more

The hallway had a terrible odor.

The smell in the hallways was horrible, but everything else was what i expected. Nothing special but clean and comfortable.

convenient location for reasoning behind stay
someone cooked fish, and the hallway smelled the entire duration of our stay

For the price, this was an excellent stay. There is a mini-kitchen in the room, so we were able to make dinner. There was also a full sized fridge.

Lots of conveniences for traveling.
Only one size bed available.

Great business travel hotel and good for the weekend traveler as well. Very convenient to malls and shopping and the highway, but not noisy. Very good price point!

Staff was friendly and extremely helpful, room was very well equipped and roomy and clean., very near a mall.

We would choose to stay at this hotel on any future travel. It was very conveniently located. It was complete with everything we needed. Had a laundry room and an exercise room. rooms were very spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.

Beautiful, well-laid out & functional rooms. Excellent customer service at the desk.
Chairs could be more comfortable.

Very nice rooms, comfortable bed, thoughtfully laid out, fully-stocked kitchen. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to others.

Not sure if the area is safe

Excellent value of hotels within 25 miles of the US Military Academy. Clean rooms, reasonable features. The only missing item would be a pool.

Quick service. Desk clerk was very considerate of customer comfort.
No breakfast.

Very comfortable, roomy room with full size fridge, microwave, sink, etc. Upscale furnishings, very clean, convenient.
