nothing... i was not able to check in till 5:00 almost we where exhusted. check in time was 3:00

Seem to me that the swimning pool people would pay( from around the neighborhood)to swimm. When i went to check in the lady asked me if i just wanted to pay to swim are what was i there for.. then check in was 3:00 we arrived from the baseball game at 4:48 approximatley.. i was told the rooms still was not clean. i was very upset.. then im not a smoker the room smelled the smoke.. the sheet where dirty had to buy lysol to spay.. horrible ...read more

Thought had booked room with 2 double beds, checked in and room was 1 double bed and a kitchen.

They overbooked the room and did not have adequate room for 4 people. 1 queen bed for for ppl.

This hotel is not found via GPS and is not easy excessible; hidden behind trees without adequate signage to get there. For being a newly opened hotel in March there are already signs, visible, of critters crawling in the room and bathroom. If you are a family of four usually requesting a single room, then this hotel is not for you because as a family of four we were forced in a room with one queen bed and a recliner. CRAMPED!!! They over booked and would not compensate us in any way. WE WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. ...read more
