Price, location.
Broken alarm clock with NO WAY TO UNPLUG IT. Poor drainage in shower.

Good price, so keep your expectations very very modest.

I generously gave it a 1 star, only because it didn't have a 0. No place to even hang clothes.

This hotel is run by a multi-generational family who live in the motel; most do not speak English. The manager argued with me that I still needed to pay. He finally found the receipt. This hotel is run down and not well kept and most of the time the office was locked because the owner was working in his vegetable garden.

It had a full sized TV. Very roomy. Full sized fridge.
Your feet got dirty if walking barefoot.
