Hotel Guest Reviews of the Casa De Palmas Renaissance Mcallen Hotel
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 7, 2013

Based on previous incident and response, it would be wise for guests to be informed of that potential possibility so as not to be alarmed as we were. It was quite embarrassing as you may imagine. All else was quite very good. A minor consideration to keep in mind would be to have cleaning staff re-stock the coffee island with extra creamers or powdered creamer packages. For those of us coffee drinkers, we can never have enough. Also, consider letting your guests know up front that connections are available behind the tv for those few that forget to carry their connectors to recharge batteries to items such as the iPhone, iPad etc.. Overall rating is near excellent. ...
