Central to tourist attractions.
The room was cold.
I found out later this is a "Basic Service Hotel" which was not a problem. For the price it was great and served its purpose. I thought the staff was excellent and went out of their way to be helpful and informative. Peru is awesome and I plan on returning in the near future.
