Hotel Guest Reviews of the Casper-Days Inn

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Nothing.
The pillows were the worst I have ever slept on and there were bug issues. Could not sleep because of the bugs.

I would not recommend staying at the Days Inn.

Run down, cigarette smoke permeates entire building, and
inconvenient location.

This property is badly in need of a total demolition and re-build. I don't believe that a remodel would do the trick. It is very run down and the whole place reeks of cigarette smoke.

They served popcorn in the lobby.
TV/Remote didn't work and they forgot to clean my room one day.

It felt dirty with a slight odor. When my room didn't get cleaned one day, I felt the manager really didn't care, he did get me clean towels but that was it.

One of the better breakfast setups. Coffee 24/7.
Sorry, but
I was pleased about this hotel.

Overall,
I have no complaints. Breakfast was good, this place was clean, sleep great.

The location was convenient .
The hotel was not the most comfortable.

I was a little disappointed with the comfort of the bed and pillows. The bathroom was not very clean and the extra roll of toilet paper had been wet (I assume from the shower of a previous patron). Late the evening I stayed, I tried to purchase water from a vending machine in the hallway, but it took my money without producing a product. Upon speaking with the front desk attendant, I was reimbursed. The day front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful! That was a plus! ...read more

Breakfast
Not clean.

Room was dirty, with stains and very worn carpet, the light flickered, fridge froze all my food, TV control did not work, reserved non smoke room was stuck with smoking and only a small window for fresh air.
