Hotel Guest Reviews of the Catalonia Atocha
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Traveling as Couple(3)

The hotel was very clean with comfortable beds. There is a fridge and safe in the room. We were at the end of the hall and it was nice and quiet. You cant beat the location, very close to a metro stop.
I missed not having coffee and tea available in the room. I would also liked to have more control over the thermostat. We visited in winter, and we prefer to sleep at about 17 C. The lowest setting it would allow for heat was 20 C.
Great hotel near the metro. We were very pleased and would definately put it on on list of Hotels for our travel to Madrid.

Beautiful, clean, modern and very helpful and friendly staff.
Loved this hotel for the quality, price and location. The towel warmer was a big plus along with excellent wifi in the room. Great location for an short walk to the brilliant Madrid nightlife scene.

Top floor of the hotel is a terrace that over looks the whole city. Has a few benches and a jacuzzi. A great look out for some beautiful views over Madrid.
The staff was super helpful and friendly with all our questions. The room was nice, quiet and had soft beds. Location couldn't have been better, 5 minutes walk from teatro kapital. 2 minutes from the nearest metro and about 15 minutes from puerta de sol where there's good shopping and lots of cafes. Couldn't have asked for anything more, didn't even want to leave! Spain was beautiful. ...
