Hotel Guest Reviews of the Celebration Suites At Old Town
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.March 20, 2012

Almost got hit by a hot rodder in the parking lot; I could have lost my life. This place attracts the wrong kind of people.

I like the set-up alot of the hotel and it was in a convenient area. However it was hard to find parking and we never got a spot by our door. We were assigned to a room and the maid was still in it. Our maid forgot to clean our room one day. We also were charged 3 different fees unexpectedly.

This hotel was not my favorite. There were no critters, and it was reasonably clean, but my husband did find several long hairs in his bed that did not belong to either of us. The hidden security fee was not cool. Charging money as security of the room might be reasonable if the occupants were copious and young, but for me and my husband, it felt like overkill. The check-in staff was terrible. The manager let my husband stand at the desk unassisted for 5 minutes while he counted quarters into the cash drawer. The girl who checked us out was nice, though, and answered our questions about the security fee.

Great hotel for the location and price - I would prefer this to motels. Good for family with kids, very close to Disney and lot of places to eat near by. Save some bucks in paying for expensive Disney food.

Good location, rooms not that bad if you have several in your group. No pots, pans or anything to use in the rooms - they want to charge you for anything that you get - And the resort fee! For what? This charge should be mandatory to know up front, had to pay this in advance.

I was extremely dissatisfied with this hotel. Upon check-in, I was informed of an additional $5.00 per day "resort fee". Since the only amenity offered was a swimming pool, there was nothing that would elevate this place to the level of a "resort" The room was shabby, with worn carpeting, rickety plumbing and a general air of neglect. Every few minutes, there was a loud banging noise, like a large metal door slamming. 24 hours a day. The room appeared at first to be relatively clean, but on further inspection, it was apparent that the housekeeping staff only did light cleaning, leaving dirt in the corners, along the edges of the sink, and along the edges of the bathtub. There was an infestation of tiny ants in the bathroom and bedroom.
