Hotel Guest Reviews of the Century Hotel South Beach
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.March 2, 2013

Decent for the price; not centrally located but close enough that you can walk to all the hot spots. I would go back, but if you are looking for a amazing, over the top hotel experience, this isn't the place - simply a run-of-the-mill hotel.

The Century Hotel is conveniently located near South Point in South Beach, Miami Beach. It is a small art deco building close to inexpensive bus service. The twenty five dollar valet parking is a bit steep but also typical of S. Beach. The beach is a hundred yards away and it is only four blocks from the rocking section of South Beach. The lobby has first rate art books and breezy novels in a modern art setting. This is good hotel for the money. Our room had only about ten TV stations despite forty listed. The pleasant manager said he would try to get more channels but did not follow up. The continental breakfast included pastries, juice, coffee, cereal, bagels, a nice assortment. ...

This is an old hotel with a recent remodel in progress. Its just a basic place to stay and nothing more. For the price I think its fine and I would consider it again. If you are looking for comfort and relaxation in the room, this one is probably not for you. The walls are paper thin, acoustically. The bathroom was very small, but it was clean and up to date.

I love the old art deco hotels of South Beach and this hotel is one of them. Excellent staff, although sparse because the hotel is very small (about 30 rooms). If you can't handle stairs, this hotel is not for you. You must walk up a half dozen stairs just to get to the first floor rooms, and there is no elevator to the second floor. The room was comfortable, but sparse in general. That said, I would stay there again. ...
