Hotel Guest Reviews of the Charlesmark Hotel
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.June 14, 2013

Hotel was fine, room was tiny and the be was tiny. Apparently the room standard. I'm 5'5" and my feet were hanging off the end of the bed. The location is great but it's really worth paying a little more than
xxx and getting a decent nights sleep in a human sized bed.

The hotel is located in a great area of Boston; close to everything. The room was small but adequate (especially if you're just staying for one or two nights). The staff was friendly, helpful, and local to the area.

I LOVE this hotel! So much to rave about! The interior is really cute, small yet quaint. I love the brick walls, it makes the hotel look very modern. I stayed with a group of friends and the hotel was very accommodating. They were able to arrange for our rooms to be next to each other. The rooms are on the smaller side but still comfortable.
The bar area was nice, too. Before we hit the town we stopped at the bar for a drink. The bartender, Jefferson, was wonderful! He made great drinks, dealt with our silliness, and when we asked what the weather was like outside- he got out from behind the bar and stepped outside to let us know whether or not we should bring a jacket! Talk about going above and beyond.
The staff was excellent. The women at the front desk were helpful, the bartenders, bar backs, everyone-- so friendly!
This hotel is at a great location, too. This isn't just my first time at this hotel, either. I stayed here a few years ago and had such a wonderful time that I knew I had to come back!

Perfect location (Boston Public Library is straight across the street), 1 min walk to the T; the bed is nice & comfy, the pillow are lovely, as well. The staff is super helpful & friendly. Walking distance to everything. Just enough for a solo traveler/business person/couple. The breakfast was a bare minimum but was just enough.

If attending a Sox game at Fenway, especially a night game that can run late, this is an excellent hotel, only 2 T stops from the ballpark. We live close to 2 hours from Boston and need a reasonably priced hotel to avoid a long late drive home. This hotel is perfect for that purpose.

Efficient comfortable NYC style with new England warmth. Full sound system that made your shower and room warm. Was never disrupted from other rooms. Although rooms are small they were efficient where as most hotels have extra space one really never uses. No waste here. Super friendly staff. Great location.
