The location was ideal. Love the indoor courtyard access that we had from our room, which was much more convenient than using the hallway.
Great cafe at the hotel, but I wish there was a store inside the hotel.

Room was large and clean. Bed was big and comfy!
Set the air as low as it would go, but the room never got cold. There was a few times the covers got too warm.
The staff really made this experience a good one. Location is dang near perfect! It is a very nice upscale hotel. Would stay again.

Location, location and location only.
No free internet and breakfast, which should be available given the price charged for the room (I think they were promised when I made my booking). Priceline does a bad job not listing the free amenities provided by the hotel in the receipt.

The hotel is in a fantastic location and the facility is beautiful.
Upon check in the receptionist at reservations was less than impressed with our "Priceline" status and gave us what I would call a "special room". Pkg is $32 a night, no free WiFi, No desk in rm
While the facility itself is in an excellent location and has good internal amenities, it does lack on what I would consider essentials for most travelers (Free WiFi, Validated Parking, In room desk). Staff service was also poor as it should not mattter that the room was booked via Priceline. I use Priceline all the time and I have never been greeted that way before. Not what I would expect for a Hyatt facility. ...

The hotel was in a great location. Our room was quiet, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The Noel was very convenient to everything. I was so impressed with how quiet our room was with such proximity to everything. The staff was knowledgeable.
I requested two queen beds but was given a king. Make sure you confirm everything he day before you arrive.
Please see above..., I highly recommend the hotel. The proximity to everything was fabulous yet the ambience was very quiet and peaceful 1/2 block from bourbon street

The valet (Ray) greeted us upon arrival - he made us feel welcome, safe and excited about our stay! Comfy beds, super friendly staff and location!
Coffee bar needs help - I always had to wait for someone to help me - even when there was no line. Our room was also by the elevators - so it was rather loud at times.
Great location to everything!
