Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hyatt French Quarter
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 28, 2013

Overall the hotel was amazing. Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms. I was surprised at how large our room was. It was great. Walking distance to many tourist attractions and good eateries. My only complaint was the cost of parking.

This hotel is in a great location easy walking access to Cafe du Monde to Canal Street, to Bourbon St. etc. The hotel has obviously been renovated recently, everything is bright, new carpets, modern lighting, etc. Beds great bathroom large with walk in shower. Staff very friendly and professional. Parking expensive unless you know where to park. If you can get to the hotel without a car, then do it because the location is perfect and you will not need a car. We did not eat at the hotel so I cannot comment on that but there is also a bar no slot machines and no loiters around inside or outside. I travel a lot and give this hotel a 10 out of 10 for the price. A lovely outside pool with plenty of lounging area. ...

I would definitely stay here again. It is the best hotel I've stayed at it in New Orleans for a number of reasons. There is a fantastic cafe on the ground floor that we had breakfast at every day and the bar (Batch) was not your typical hotel bar. The bartender was extremely knowledgable and friendly and he explained that they infuse their own bourbons (and I think tequila, too). I couldn't go a day without having their Apple Pie Bourbon - it's delicious! The hotel decor is beautiful, rooms are large and well-appointed (robes would have been nice, but that's my only complaint). They offer a very nice room service breakfast, too. The location is really ideal for exploring the French Quarter on foot and there was always a cab out front if we needed to go somewhere outside the French Quarter. Staff was courteous and helpful. A truly wonderful stay! ...
