Cherry Valley Lodge

Hotel is very nicely laid out. For children though the restaurants nearby were cheaper and foods that kids like.

This is a wonderful place to stay and I highly recommend it. It is clean and I liked how the room was set up. The two double beds were not right next to each other. There are alot of sitting areas inside and out. I want to go back in the spring when the flowers are in bloom and the trees are green. I'm sure it will be beautiful. They have a nice indoor pool and a small waterpark. We didn't go to the waterpark but looking through the window I would say it was geared more for smaller children. Get tickets the night before for the waterpark to avoid lines. Arrive early for table and seating. Try the restaurant in the hotel! Bob Evans nearby for breakfast after check-out!

The rooms are small and in less than excellent shape. Not worth the money

We have always loved this hotel, but the customer service was lacking this time - from the front desk. The housekeeping was great.

Location, lobbies were wonderful, nice bar, did not use pool but would be great when hot outside.

Cherry Valley was a very nice place to stay. We would stay again. The courtyard was very nice but the gazebo(spelling) was covered in very large spiders and spider webs. We walked up on it and was going to sit on it, but couldn't for fear of the spiders! Some of them were as large as quarters! They need to maintain that, someone could potentially get bit by one! Should be 3.5 stars. Great room and
beautiful grounds.

I have stayed at Cherry Valley Lodge several times over the past 8 years. Eight years ago, I would have said it was a top hotel, but now it is beginning to look a little worn-- perhaps because they now have the water park and are stretched more thinly.
