The rooms were updated. Relatively clean.
Housekeeping did not clean our room thoroughly. Trash in every room was left behind. Did not like the fact that there was a charge for parking. Hotel was a little further from downtown than I expected. Neighborhood a little 'iffy'.
Hotel is updated. Clean. Neighborhood is not the best. Distance to downtown a little further than expected. Pay for parking. $14 daily. Wish this was stated when bidding on hotel.

Good location near the airport, clean rooms, very courteous staff
Needs to have free Wi-Fi everywhere like most every other major hotel chain. It would affect my decision to use this hotel for longer stays if I had to pay daily or have to use it in the lobby/public areas.

Wonderful staff. We got in late. Colleen checked us in and was so helpful! Very impressed with attention to us. Elegant setting.
Parking fee.
I was very impressed with the accommodations. Staff was friendly and helpful. Colleen went above the call of duty.

I didn't like the point I was charged 14.00 to park at the hotel. We were not told that until the next day when we checked out. never been to a hotel where I was staying and had to pay for parking.
The cons are they charge for parking which is ridiculous.

the room was very nice.
parking cost was not needed at all especially if they own the lot.
the bed was sort of hard for my taste, I will not rent a room in that area because of the parking price and the uncomfort of the bed
