Staff were bilingual and friendly. Easy check-in/out. Clean and comfortable.
Not enough pillows. Restaurant was mediocre. Had a 13th floor.
Beautiful hotel in the middle of many restaurants and shopping areas. Room was comfortable and spacious. Bilingual staff was very helpful. Check in and out was very simple and hassle free. Would recommend to business travelers and leisure.
