The location was fine, but there was a lot of construction on the streets outside. Even though the facilty is dated, it well kept and has a lot of character. Would stay again.
The hotel met my expectations, compared to similar facilities in the area, it provided good quality and great value.
In previous visits I enjoyed visiting Florida street, which is walking distance (one block) but this time they had a lot of overdue street repairs going on and that was a nuisance. Great dining mopportunities near by, wouild recommend La Estancia for their great Argentinian meat choices.

The location although there was a lot of work being done on the sidewalks around the area which made walking difficult (not the hotel's fault)
Didn't get any help with bags when we first checked in.

One staff person printed boarding passes for us the other diected us to the business center with Spanish keyboards and non working printers.
Room was pre paid but reception insisted on credit card. Rather than take an imprint he wrote down numbers fromt and back. Now I am watching for unauthorized use.
Traditional decor, small rooms be insistent American to get the service you want.

It's very European. Cute. Awesome and huge brunch.
I liked it all.
I like this hotel. It a has a great gym. A free sauna and the rooms are European and cute.

Hotel is old. Beds, TV need to be replaced.
Good service - very helpful and caring staff. Great value, but old. You feel safe.
