The staff was amazing but there were bugs on the bed and in the tub but after I removed them they didn't come back. It is a beautiful hotel it's quite a distance from south beach but the beach itself is right across the street.
Rooms are small but we were barley in the room.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the hot tub which was nicer and designed more uniquely than most.

The walls of the rooms (we stayed in 212) are so thin that you can easily hear the other room (211) and vice versa.
The desk staff was rude. We arrived at the hotel at 2:45pm and asked to be checked-in. He said he'll have to charge us for an extra night if we ask for check-in before 3pm. How retarded and rude is that! I travel extensively but never got this answer bef.

Clean hotel, below avg desk staff, very polite cleaning staff, located on 35th and collins so about 20 mins cab ride from South Beach / Ocean Drive.

Every staff member that we met were extremely friendly.
The.common areas were under construction but otherwise everything looked nice.

This hotel was a very good value for the money. It was ome block from the water which was nice. some of the hotels around it were run down but this one was very nice. I like that it was far enoigh from South Beach that it was very quiet amd relaxing but your close enough that you could get to South Beach very quickly.

Great location and staff, parking is a problem and too expensive. They also need to check the beds because we had to change rooms due to a bad quality, uncomfortable and noisy bed.
There was an additional fee of $9.95 plus taxes a day for the use of amenities and is not even an option not to pay because is mandatory for all guest. This is a hidden charge that we werent expecting.

Overal Hotel, parking and quality of matresses are really bad. We wouldnt stay un that hotel EVER again unles major changed are made. Also,,be prepare to pay an extra charge of about $11-$12 a day (something that We didnt even know since We had already pay for the Room trough priceline.

great location, walk across the street to the beach. take a 10 minute taxi ride to lincoln road restaruant area.
beautiful spanish decorations,cofee, nice amenities, nice porch, hot tub

u have to pay a $10 fee for a newspaper and towel even if u dont use them?

The reception staff went out of their way to help with everything including airport check in and things to do in Miami.
breakfast was a bit disappointing and cappucino machine was broken but lots of other places to eat nearby

Fantastic place to stay right on South Beach. Also near the bus stop with easy and cheap access to airport, Lincoln Rd and Art Deco district. Hotel has character in abundance and a wonderful spa and outdoor patio. Will definitely stay here again

i was concerned about the location; not beachfront nor a pool, but i found that the walk to the beach wasn't even as far as walking to the beach at a large resort. the weather was such that i didn't miss having a pool either. the staff was helpful, too.
the water pressure left a lot to be desired, restaurant was just ok.

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. we upgraded (for a fee) to a larger room, which was very nice. their resort fee now includes not only beach towels but chairs, but be sure to ask early because they do run out. the hotel is very clean. it is decorated beautifully. others complain about hearing conversations thru the paper thin walls; the only thing that we heard was slamming doors...people don't seem to know how to close them gently. the staff bent over backward to make us happy. we will be back. ...read more

The hotel was nice and clean, what you see in the pics is what u get! It's not close to the strip where everything is but is less than a 10min. They gave the best lemon water in the lobby 24hrs a day.
They don't have a pool and the rooms are pretty small. Since it is a small hotel, everything can be heard. We were having a hood time and I'll admit we were laughing a little loud which caused us to get a noise complaint.
