The staff were attentive and very friendly
This hotel was a pleasure to stay at. The staff were by far the highlight of the trip. They knew Rotorua very well and were happy to assist us plan our day out.

The restaurant was fantastic.
The room was very narrow with less than a meter between the end of the bed and the wall.
This out of the way hotel was in a serene area on the Lakeshore. The staff was attentive and accommodating without being annoying. Although the rooms were decorated well, they were so narrow that they were not comfortable enough to relax in. So you really had to be outside of your room to relax. The restaurant was one of the bests we'd eaten at our entire stay in NZ.
