Hotel Guest Reviews of the Clarion Hotel And Conference Center
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 8, 2013

Great hotel! We were headed to Bloomington for graduation and all Bloomington hotels were booked. We took a chance on this location and could not have been happier. The hotel is very nice, clean, and the staff was great! We needed a roll away bed and we were told it would be $10 extra. We had no problem with that, but when we went to check out, it was no charge. We told them and they said there was still no charge! Make sure you get there early enough to enjoy the poor and game room. So much to do. It would make a great little get away for a family. The price we got it for was amazing. We are very happy with everything about this hotel and priceline. ...

The better rooms at this hotel are the "inside rooms". I knew this before booking and was able to call ahead and ask if one was available.

This property is well-located adjacent to I-65 in Columbus. However, it is from a by-gone era, and very much in need of updating. The staff is nice enough, but it seems the place is run by a skeleton crew.

Nice lobby and breakfast area. Great breakfast. Dog friendly, with outside entry rooms. Price is right. And it's across the street from Starbucks!!

If you need to use the public areas - pool, pool table, game room, exercise room, etc. - it is nice. If you want a large comfortable room, you won't get it. You can't select the type room you want or the size of beds. Noise from upstairs carries to the rooms below. Although there is a new 6 story section, that's not the rooms available at discount. The room just felt old.
