Hotel Guest Reviews of the Clarion Hotel And Conference Center
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.October 9, 2011

The hotel was in a decent location near the freeway. The ice machine near our room did not work, the hot tub was straight out of national lampoons vacation. I mean dirty gross water you couldn't even see through. It was out of order too though. The pool was freezing and not heated at all. It was too cold for our child to get into and it was hot outside. I got in and it was too cold for me too. The front desk staff was efficient and nice. I did not complain about anything to them as they cant fix out of order stuff and they knew the ice machine was not working already. The carpets were sort of coming off the floor and it made rolls on the floor. All in all the hotel is more like a 1 star plus. It got the job done though. ...

Good hotel for a stop sleep and go. It's a depressed part of Yakima and a little scary at night, but they do have a security guard for your car.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel. It was in poor condition (water leak stains holes in sheet rock, cigarette burns in carpet, musty smell in room, poor water pressure in shower.) Not much interaction with staff. Restaurant had reasonable breakfast for a good value.

A place to sleep and take a shower, nothing to write home about but the price was right.
