the room had an obnoxious noise in the vent (sounded like something scratching all night). the toilet wound not flush properly. i stayed there before and loved it. someone should check the room!

Yes, but the comments may speak more to my experience with Priceline. I was looking for a pet-friendly room and assumed I would get one, but found out I would need to contact the hotel directly to check availability and there were none available.

Old, dated entry and front lobby, very worn interior and public space, smells dank and stale. Front Desk staff (observed 2) was not very friendly or engaging and not particularly helpful. Unclear signage regarding entry from various parking lot areas. And another comment about my Priceline experience. The initial form doesn't allow you to add in number of children. I wanted to make sure our reservation had 2 beds. One for my husband and I and another for our son, but I contacted the hotel directly to make sure we didn't have a room with just a queen or king sized bed. The check out staff were nice, public areas were pleasant.
The room was absolutely disgusting. Garbage in the bathroom garbage can, half a glass of water on the nightstand.

Will never go back. Would likely not book through Priceline again.

Nice public areas for groups to hang out in (as when my family goes to Northamptom for my neice's wedding); pool and tennis courts looked nice.
Somehow I misunderstood and thought breakfast was to be included and it wasn't;-(

Close to Dunkin Donuts, Route 91, cheap gas, etc. Nice hotel.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. We were extremely happy with the complete experience. The beds were so neat, clean and comfortable!
There was not one aspect of our visit that was disappointing. Thank you

The hotel was conveniently located right off a major highway,reasonably within the area we wanted and the hotel interior and rooms were warm, hospitable, clean and we were totally satisfied. Nothing to complain about :) The staff was helpful and pleasant also.

We asked if we could get the room early and they went out of their way to accommodate us.
The mattress was so soft that I rolled into the middle. Also the heater didn't seem to work properly.

Very decent hotel in spite of the soft mattress. We really just needed a place to sleep so didn't really check out the rest of the hotel.

1970's modernism interior architecture still recognizable and gives off a Shining/ Twin Peaks vibe. Great German spaghetti in Loft dining restaurant.
Thin walls, sound of water running in walls due to AC unit problem. Engineer said there was nothing tobe done. We had hoped to walk and ride buses, unfortunately from this location, it was not possible. Taxi to train station will be $23 with Funky Cab Co.

Staff didn't care. Front desk unhelpful, maids didn't clean, no one picked up trash.
