The hotel was clean, in a good location, and had a friendly staff.
The vending machine being out of water would be my complaint if I had to choose.
The hotel was nice and affordable; it doesn't have all the amenities found at others, but for the price and location, it's a good deal-especially when you are just using it as a place to sleep after a night out in N.O.

Bad service.
The room was supposed to be a king non-smoking. When we arrived it was 2 double beds and a smoking room. When we asked for the desk help, they said that there was no other rooms available and thats it. Horrible experience.

Continental breakfast was very limited.
Clean, well located, relatively quiet. Parking is difficult if you do it yourself, there is valet service.

Spacious room and comfortable beds.
No exhaust fan in the bathroom.
We enjoyed our stay. A shuttle would have been nice.
