Solo Traveler
The bathroom was filthy the lounge was closed most of the staff were friendly. The hotel served its purpose close to family I was visiting but I would not have paid full price for the room. I got a good dicount from prceline.

Business Traveler
Overall, this hotel was nicer than expected and quite clean. Staff was great. It was easier to use stairs to 3rd floor than elevator, even with 2 small kids. The only complaint I would make is that the toilet bowl was very stained and looked gross. I tried to clean it myself and it wouldn't come off. We were here 2 nights and would stay again, especially for the price.

The staff was pretty nice, but when I complained about the urine smell in the shower, I expected some kind of compensation. It didn't happen. I thought that was poor customer service.

Family Traveling with Young Children
We've stayed here many times, but this time we had a room with an interior window facing the pool. There were some very rude people drinking by the pool who refused to leave even after the cops came. Didn't get much sleep that night. Then the next night our key had "expired" so we had to waste time getting the key reset.
