Hotel Guest Reviews of the Ramada Hotel And Conference Center Dallas

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Good location and attractive breakfast area.
Too many terms and conditions and the breakfast doesn't seem to suite the breakfast area.

Good place to stay .. I have seen too many terms and conditions while checking in

It was close to my business location.
The entire 1st floor reeked of propane gas.

This hotel as some astronomical incidental fees for such things as towels, if they are damaged which in their language, if you have put make up on their towels, they will charge you $12. Who does that? The entire 1st floor smelled like propane gas, the microwave, fridge and shower were not working in my room. I suppose you get what you pay for, however I would not stay here again. ...read more

At the intersection of highway 75 and
I 635.
The restaurant and bar are closed. The neighborhood is not one you would walk around in.

There's not much, but when we got there we were given a room with a balcony on request, that was nice.
Everything was dirty, bed uncomfortable, hotel very small, breakfast was limited.

Pictures led you to believe you were staying at a nice, rather large conference center. This place is tiny. My jaw literally dropped when we pulled up. The whole place smells profusely. Desk clerk was polite, but none were very helpful during our stay. Wouldn't even give us paper plates/utensils from the in-house restaurant when they weren't included with our take-out order. Had to go to the gas station to buy some. The dirtiness and terrible bed alone would keep me from coming back, the rest just adds insult to injury. ...read more

Room was spacious, clean, and relaxing, like a little apartment.
Rooms are in awkward locations.

Decor and Bed/furnishings.
Elevator broke, badly stained and dark hallways, breakfast buffet not free.

The hotel staff seemed to be nice, but they offered a free wake up call and no free breakfast.

Rooms are clean and well furnished (a couch and 2 chairs).

Overall, the hotel is in a good shape and the Priceline rate is a great deal for rooms.
