For the money this was very, very disappointing. I don't think I should have to ask for services. The room wasn't clean, the continental breakfast was a joke.

Nice hotel, I understand it's not a luxury hotel so I knew not to expect that. It had a six star rating and upon arrival I was very pleased with my room. I chose the hotel because it offered smoking rooms, something which is very hard to find, unless of course one wants to stay at a very cheap run down hotel/motel, not me.

There is a restaurant/bar attached that played live music with friendly staff. The bedding was soft and clean, the bathroom sink and mirror were located in the bedroom next to the bed, not in or near the bathroom, very unusual and not user friendly. No sink in bathroom. Our room was right next to an entrance door that was noisy when ever anyone came in and out all night. Our room on ground floor was by the parking lot, also noisy. Experience was OK, would not stay again.

I was a bit skeptical at first considering this was a 2 star hotel, however, when we arrived the grounds were very neat, the hotel staff was welcoming and prompt, and the room was clean, comfortable and suitable for a one night stay.

Well I had higher expectations since I paid more for it. I booked a hotel room online on a Friday night and when I got to the hotel Saturday at 4pm my room was not ready because I wanted "non smoking" and they had a big crowd that weekend staying there.... Had to shower in a friends shower in same hotel.
