Location is very good. That is the ONLY selling point for this "hotel".
Outside corridors, glorified motel, bad smell around the pool/ the walkways/ and in the bathroom. Poor maintenance (broken light in bedroom, broken fan in bathroom). The rooms didn't feel clean (wet carpet, bathroom wasn't very nice) bad in-wall AC units

There are MUCH better places in the area to stay! This is NOT a 3-star property, you'd be much better seeking out another property despite how very cheap this place is. The combination of lack of cleanliness, lack of maintenance, and the motel-feel of the outside corridors- this is clearly a place to avoid for folks looking for a typical 3-star experience. yes, locations was great and staff too.
We enjoyed everything.

We were close enough to visit other friends who also came down and was in other hotels in walking distances. Also we were very close to the Disney Resort,and resturants too.

This hotel is owned by the Rosen hotel chain and I was not dissapointed. Clean rooms, microwave and mini fridge, LCD TV, updated fixtures, good housekeeping service. Perfect for a family staying several days.
Business travelers accustomed to ammenities such as interactive billing via the TV, fast reliable wifi, free newspapers, free breakfast, quick access to the room may be dissapointed.

what I liked the most is the proximity to where we were going - attraction wise.
I was greeted by a bug on the bed and then the next day by a large roach walking in the sink/bathroom/fridge area.

I am not happy with this hotel. It may have been the location of the room, but I will not choose this hotel in the future. Additionally, although I do not blame the staff, I was not given much assistance, except spraying the room (for which I am highly allergic to) and having to stay out of the hotel room for at least 5 hours. It felt dirty and not comfortable at all.

It was just remodeled and everything was nice and new.
The breakfast buffet was just ok and it smelled weird by the pool.

For the price, this hotel is a steal. I would stay there again.

The hotel was only about a 10 minute driveto Walt Disney World.
The windows face the interstate. There is NO way to drown out the highway noise. Sleep was next to impossible. The floors were dirty. At check in we were bombarded with timeshare sales pitches.

If you're sinply looking for a cheap place to stay near disney then you may be ok. The complimentary shuttle service to the parks only runs once or twice a day so you will be at the hotels mercy. The floors were dirty when we checked in and did not appear to have been vacuumed the entire time we were there. The water pressure is almost non exsistent and the bath tub took over 3 hours to drain after a 10 minute shower. If you can afford a few more dollars a night I would suggest any other hotel in orlando / lake buena vista. ...read more
