Location, that is all.

Needs remodeling, facets fall off, blows electrical breakers, cold pool area, no one else there, put you in a different building alot of walking

I would not stay there again, to old, cold and very few other people there. Electrical needs to be updated, needs wall paper change. Place needs a total remodeling job.

It was quiet.

The hotel was not clean nor well kept. Non-smoking rooms smelled of smoke.

This hotel offer an affordable price stay for guests with low expectations. The only positive to the stay was the great customer service.

The beds were horrible. The room was noisy - could hear everything next door and out in the parking lot.

The staff was very efficient and friendly.

The staff was great! We were late checking out and they were very accommodating. No extra fees for late check out. I would stay here again. Restaurant staff also very friendly and welcoming!

Excellent location for shopping. Very friendly staff.

It's showing it's age, but still very comfortable.

For the location the price of the room is very reasonable. The hotel has a nice restaurant and the staff is very friendly and want you to enjoy your stay with them. And to my understanding there is a shuttle service available, however we didn't use that feature.

The kiddie pool was nice and warm.

We walked a few cold hallways to get to the pool.

Nice, comfortable hotel and very kid friendly. Kids eat free was a huge advantage.

Nothing extraordinary,but very convenient, comfortable, helpful, and friendly staff. Having a restaurant on the premises was a definite plus.

The location is good.

The manger, not willing to help.

Our first night at the Holiday Inn, our toilet over flowed at 2 am. We had to try to unclog it, and it flooded (since they only sent a guard to help). Not able to fix it, we demanded another room. 10 min later they gave us one. We never received a sorry and when we went to talk to the manager he said, there was lot of mess that we (hotel) had to clean up. We checked in at 12 noon so anything could have happened with the toilet in that time.. We were not in the hotel room till 12 am that morning, since we were watching the game in the attached bar. We had a total of 6 rooms asked for 3 nights. It really upsets me that the manager was not even able to take responsibility for their mess. We do go to Rochester 3 times a year, for 4 to 5 days at a time. We will not be going back to the Holiday Inn and will be telling everyone to go some where else. ...read more
