Clean, and pleasant.
Pool was out of order.

The hotel was fine - clean, comfortable, easy location. It told me there was a pool at this hotel, but it turns out the pool is closed for renovations.
I only chose the hotel because of the pool.

Every thing was pleasant and clean.
The noise level from the room whose bed was adjacent to ours. We were awakened at 2 a.m. by the bed knocking against the wall.

It was bright, clean and the room was pretty.
The front desk attendant was very inappropriate and forward with me. It was very degrading.

The management refunded us our money because of the inappropriate behavior. Overall, I was pleased with the look of the hotel and the room was nice. I was disappointed that the front desk clerk had to ruin it for us.

It was nice and clean, there was always someone at the front desk to answer my questions.
At times it was a bit noisy! I could hear others showering and using the bathroom.

The hotel was nice and clean. Staff was very friendly. I would stay there again.

Right off the hwy - the buffet was great, they made whatever you wanted - clean – quiet.
The area looks a little sketchy but inside the hotel is fine.

I have somewhat high standards and I was pleased with my stay. I would recommend and stay here again.

This hotel is very similar to what it was when it was the Hilton Garden Inn.
Unlike when it was the Hilton Garden Inn, the new owners are not keeping up with maintenance.

If you just need someplace to stay that is clean and doesn't break the bank, with decent service, this hotel will do. However, do expect that the new owners are no longer investing the money for the upkeep of the hotel. There were cracked windows, loose tile in the bathroom and very stingy with toiletries. TV, heat, hair dryer, pool, hot tub, breakfast fee and
pop machine.

I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel. Heat is off when you enter room (kept coats on for 45 minutes), hair dryer inoperative,
TV picture rolled or jiggled at all times, pool area dirty (dead flies in early March), hot tub, once finally turned on, was tepid. Breakfast is not free, but 9 dollars per person. Pop machines empty, must go to lobby to buy pop.

The accommodations were very nice.
The hotel room window had 2 large cracks in it that were taped over. The room temperature was freezing when we got there.

The overall accommodations - room quality, cleanliness, bath area, TV service, etc. - were fine. The hotel itself appeared clean & well-kept and had a beautiful lobby. My biggest complaint is that our hotel window had 2 large cracks in it that had been tapped over with masking tape. When we arrived, our room was freezing (this was the middle of February).
