Hotel Guest Reviews of the Club De Soleil All-Suite Resort
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.September 21, 2012

I will never stay here again or recommend it to someone else. This is a hotel for parties, not families or a couple looking to get some sleep. At 1202 am we had to call the front desk because the people next to us had their TV full blast. The walls are so thin, it was as if it was in the room with us. At 2.25am,, we again had to call due to a party across the hall. I will stay in large casinos in the future where the walls are well insulated,, as I have never had an experience like that before. ...

The women who checked me in was sooo rude, she made us want to turn around and go home. Our shower ceiling was leaking water and the staff nor management didn't do nothing to accommodate us. They moved us to another room thats all, then accused us of smoking in the room!! We were all VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THEIR SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS

This hotel is far down the strip in the hood. We had to deal with people begging for money as well as no security for our vehicles in wide open and unlocked parking. The receptionist double charged my card and on several occasions tried to up the rate then I was charged early check-in fee and also a $100 hold on my credit card, MGM doesn't even do that. Once I got home and saw that I was double charged and called the hotel they tried to tell me that we ordered pay Per view movies, we was not in the room longer than to sleep and that is it and the kicker is the hotel does not even offer PPV movies! Once I finally spoke to corporate they was no help either finally my bank ended up reversing the charges after confirming the hotel does not have PPV movies and I was charged falsely! I will stay at one of the major hotels on the strip from now on.

I was pleasantly surprised after reviewing the online reviews. I kept on reading on I "vs" II and bad thing about II, but we stayed and it was very clean and nice the kitchenette absolutely a plus. Everything was readily available for us to take care of business and enjoy ourselves. It was nice to get out of the strip to rest, but close enough to go and come to it.

I would stay there again if by myself. If I was with my wife, she would not want to have the once a week service.

From the info shown when booking it appeared as if the room was going to be a suite. In my mind that means that there is couch and lounge chair in a larger room. The room was barely oversized and nothing but two straight chairs and/or the bed to sit on. There was a jacuzzi tub, but because of the wide sides and the narrowness of the opening in the sliding doors it was difficult for my wife to step in and out of. Our stay at the Tuscany the week before was far superior. ...

For the cost of the hotel, I would probably try somewhere else next time. This is a timeshare unit and the level of noise in the hotel room was unacceptable. I could not wait for the air conditioner to kick in in order to drown out the noise in the hallways.
