Hotel Guest Reviews of the Club Quarters Boston

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Location very near public transit, not too big, nice staff.
The TV channel selection did not allow me to view the primary public television station, just their alternate one. Too much noise from the hallway - just people talking would be completely audible.

Restaurant associated with the hotel is very average and not worth going to yet it's the only close place for breakfast.

The rooms were small, but that was expected.

Fast and easy automated check-in.
Area is fairly quiet at night - not many restaurants nearby.

Club room with tea, coffee, fruit, and snacks was nice.

Cleanliness, location, and price for the high quality of the hotel.
No ironing board in the room.

Very nice, clean and upscale hotel without being over priced. Location is great - walking distance of just a couple blocks to popular sights - Quincy Market, etc as well as T stop, restaurants and pubs.

Location, location, location. This hotel has a good pub next door and a good wine store two-doors down. Quick walk to some the best food in Boston, especially in the Italian quarters. Close to the Freedom Trail and good access to the trolley tours.
If anything the rooms were a little small. I was alone and stayed on the top floor and it was fine. Being a business man I did find the room had everything you needed, it was just a little short on space. Other than that... it was just fine!

Hotel had excellent folks running the desk! You can tell they are trained to accommodate you. Had no issues checking in as I was there shortly after the checkin time. I do however understand that they check your bags for you if you are early. The have a great guest room where you can lounge and have a refreshment if you like. They encourage you to help yourself if you want to take a beverage (soda) with you to your room or walk. The internet is good! It is included in the fee... not like others in the Boston area (I will not tell who, that is for you to discover). I will say the wifi is strong throughout the hotel. The hotel is small, but nicely appointed. My room was newly serviced and comfortable. I will say that the house cleaning ladies in the morning are very courteous. They are however right into their job... so much so I thought they were knocking on my door when they were down the hall. When leaving...be on time. They seem to have a very strict policy with checkout times. I believe they are 12noon. Twice I was reminded not to be late. I was not so I cannot tell you what happens if you are. I enjoyed my stay... I think you will as well. Have fun in boston! ...read more

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very nice and in a great location.
Parking was a bit difficult to get to.

The hotel was great. The room was small but nicely decorated and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location, nearby the aquarium and Quincy Market. You could walk to many places.

great location in the heart of downtown boston- 5 min walk to the nearest subway stop; walking distance to faneuil hall, chinatown, just steps off the freedom trail. FREE bottled water!
driving to the parking garage is slightly confusing given the fact that the hotel and the parking are both along the same one way street but the garage is before the hotel.

great value for the price; friendly staff, clean rooms, FREE bottled water (this is definitely a plus while traveling), and central location to all of the tourist destinations in boston; walkable to chinatown, faneuil hall, just steps off the freedom trail, the boston common gardens. only minus is that getting to the parking garage can be a hassle; during the week the street can be busy and it is difficult to unload the car prior to parking (which is about a 2 block walk from the hotel). valet is available but is more expensive per day. ...read more

Great location and great staff. They were very accomodating when I asked to change rooms as well as storing my luggage after check out while I toured the city.
I always assumed a "double" bed was the same as a Queen but now I know it is not. Could have used a little bigger bed as I shared it with two kids. Although the room was comfortably small, they did have enough room to fit a little bigger bed.
